Pete Herger Trio (Performing on PT. Barnum Square 3pm – 4pm)

CT’s hometown rock musician whose music incorporates his own heritage as well as undercurrents of The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, and U2. His superb songwriting ability is an infectious blend of melody, harmony, and socially and emotionally aware lyrics that create powerful musical stories. Relix Magazine editor, Mike Greenhaus, says that Pete’s music offers “great songs that become important parts of your life.” Pete Herger’s authentic performances provide honest, exhilarating rock n’ roll for all.

Elle Sera (Performing on PT. Barnum Square 2pm – 3pm)

Currently back to her roots in CT after a long love affair with NYC, she is taking the town by storm and luring listeners in with sultry powerful vocals and just enough softness around the edges at all the right moments.  She’s been singing since she was 4 yrs old in theatre, voiceovers, TV & film.  She later taught herself guitar.  Elle charms audiences with her music and honest stage performances.  Don’t let her 5′ size deceive you.  She’s got a voice bigger than Texas and songs that weave tales of love, loss and inspiration in a way that draws you in for an emotional experience.

We are Buffalo (Performing on PT. Barnum Square 1pm – 2pm)

  • Michael Horwitz is a singer, songwriter and composer. His music and songs have been used in many settings and venues including clubs, radio, theatre, and synagogues. Michael has a portfolio of 400 compositions. As a solo artist, Michael was described as one “who treads the sacred ground of Leonard Cohen and those other rare singer songwriters who give us a glimpse of the ineffable through their music.”
  • David Kane grew up in New York where he was exposed to a mélange of music. Smitten, he ravenously pursued a degree in music at the University of Michigan. David became adept at playing all types of music: orchestral, musical theater, jazz, and rock. He has played everything from Stravinsky to Sondheim, Basie and Garcia. David has performed with the Ann Arbor Symphony, off-Broadway, former MC5 bassist Ray Davis, pianist and composer Michel Ochs, among others.
  • Richard Brooker brings a fresh blend of acoustic guitar and mandolin to the new century’s world audience. Playing with expressive and soulful fingerstyle, Richard weaves a tapestry of blues, Celtic, Brazilian, bluegrass, folk and jazz – whether in his own compositions or his interpretation of the songs of others.   We Are Buffalo

Doug Mahard (Performing on PT. Barnum Square Noon – 1pm)

A Berklee College of Music songwriter finalist, Doug has released three CD’s to date with the late, great guitarist Joe Beck featured on his self-titled 2012 release second CD. He just finished his third CD Fidel Castro’s Favorite Band this year with Gordon Titcomb producing and playing along with some of the finest musicians out of NYC. Please visit his website at

That Virginia (Performing in front of the Methodist Church Time TBD)

Virginia’s songs often speak of emotions we avoid talking about, the urgency of experiencing life, and empowering thoughts. With influences like Brandi Carlile, Lady Lamb, Trevor Hall, and Ana Carolina, That Virginia brings to the table thought provoking and motivating lyrics, peculiar melodies, and a sprinkle of her Brazilian roots, while delivering a rich performance that hits softly in the audience’s emotional gut, bringing tears, joy, happiness, and sorrow, quite often in one punch.

Jim Blair (Performing in front of Greenwoods Grille and Ale House Time TBD)

Jim Blair is a singer-songwriter living in Columbia Connecticut. He has been playing music professionally since the 80s. Jim recorded his first solo CD in 2011 titled “Exactly Where I’m Supposed to Be”. Jim released his second CD in 2014 titled “Grace”. Jim has been performing mainly as a solo acoustic act for the last couple of years and is currently working on a new CD titled “Mystic River” due out this fall.
